If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date on which you received your order to return the product/s.
How to return a product
2. Customer Care will send you a confirmation email with the RMA number to quote on the returns form.
3. Include the completed returns form in the package, along with the product/s to be returned, and send it to the following address:

Items should be returned complete and in perfect condition with all labels and price tags still attached, and should be sent in a valid packaging. The product should not have been used, washed or damaged.
You will be solely responsible for covering all shipping costs, and all returns will be in your sole care until the package reaches our storage facility. Ensure that you receive a shipping number from the delivery company and keep a copy of the proof of dispatch document. It is important to arrange appropriate insurance cover for your return shipment in case of loss.
Return of items will be processed within 10 working days starting from the date of delivery to our storage facility. All returned items will be reimbursed via the payment method used for purchase (credit card, PayPal) or via bank transfer in the shortest possible time, within a period of 14 days starting from the date on which the package arrives at our storage facility.
The return balance will be equal to the balance stated on the invoice, including VAT.
RETURNING A NON-COMPLIANT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
In case of receipt of an incorrect or damaged product, contact Customer Care to request an RMA number by sending the returns form with all sections completed and photographic evidence attached, via the contact form.
Customer Care will send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed with shipment, and information regarding exchange or reimbursement of the item/s purchased.
